Payst Mushroom & Garlic Stir Fry Sauce, 190ml

Payst mushroom and garlic stir fry sauce packs an umami punch. Toss it through noodles with plenty of veg for a healthy meal in minutes. Inspired by the flavours of Thailand, this sauce is a game changer for midweek meals.

The sauce has a smoky edge that mimics the taste of Thai street food. Noodles and fried rice taste like they’ve been cooked over charcoal on the streets of Bangkok. If you like your food spicy, add some bird’s eye chillies or crispy chilli oil.

The sauce is made with mushrooms, soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Rich in umami, it’s delicious with tofu and all kinds of vegetables. Add a spoonful to wok-fried greens to serve with steamed rice. Garnish with coriander or Thai basil, if you have it.
