Nyakers ginger snaps are a traditional Swedish treat to share with family and friends. These thin, circular biscuits are light and crisp with a moreish sweet and spicy flavour. Nyakers is one of Sweden's oldest bakeries, dating back to 1952. It was founded by two brothers, Bengt and John, who began delivering gingerbread by truck to local farms and families.
