About Nyakers

Nyakers is one of Sweden's oldest bakeries, dating back to 1952. It was founded by two brothers, Bengt and John, who began delivering gingerbread by truck to local farms and families. Now, their award-winning biscuits are enjoyed around the world. They use premium Swedish ingredients and mix their spices by hand so that their gingerbread is as close to homemade as you can get.
