Elisen-Lebkuchen is a type of soft, chewy gingerbread. A high nut content (25%) gives the cookies a moist texture and nutty flavour. You can taste almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts in every bite.

For this new creation, Lebkuchen-Schmidt adds wild blueberries to the mix. Their sweet-tart taste is a great match for nutty marzipan. The biscuits are covered in dark chocolate and decorated with a drizzle of white chocolate.

Four Elisen-Lebkuchen are presented in a decorative box with gold accents. They are a lovely festive gift for friends and family.
