The aromatic honeycomb is suspended in natural acacia honey. Pale gold in colour, it can be used in everything from beverages to baking. Acacia honey has a sweet, slightly floral flavour. It won’t overpower the other flavours in your dish.
Honeycomb is a great addition to your cheese board. Its mellow sweetness works well with tangy Cheddar and creamy camembert. Try adding small pieces to a salad with rocket, walnuts and goat’s cheese.
