The spread is made with pure cocoa from sustainable plantations. The beans are roasted to release their flavour and aroma. Terre Exotique uses carefully selected hazelnuts to add earthy sweetness and a creamy texture.
This smooth, velvety spread is a delicious topping for crêpes and waffles. You can use it as a filling for pastries or add it to batter for cakes and brownies. Add a spoonful to sauces to drizzle over fruit and ice cream.
Terre Exotique intense dark spread can also be added to milkshakes and smoothies. The rich cocoa flavour is delicious with berries and bananas. For an indulgent hot drink, mix a spoonful with hot milk and a pinch of cinnamon.
Store away from heat and humidity. Recommended storage temperature between 15°C and 20°C.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
