Terre Exotique Gingerbread Spice Blend, 60g

Terre Exotique’s gingerbread spice blend gives a gentle warmth to biscuits, cakes and fruit tarts. Made with cinnamon, cardamom, fennel and ginger, this spiced mix has a delicate aroma and flavour.

It’s excellent used to make homemade gingerbread biscuits, however you can also use it in cream sauces for pan-fried fish, as a dry rub for lamb, or stir through custard mixes to make a spiced ice cream to serve with apple tarts.

Terre Exotique works directly with hundreds of specialist farmers and producers around the world – to bring the very best peppers, spices and salts to our tables. The company was founded by Erwann de Kerros, a Breton and seasoned traveller. After tasting pepper in the Penja plantation in Cameroon, Kerros yearned to try other specialist peppers and spices – and Terre Exotique was born.
