Made from high quality stainless steel, the roasting rack allows fat to drain away from your meat while it cooks. It features sturdy side handles so you can easily lift it out of the roasting pan so the meat can rest.
The roasting rack is suitable for use with SCANPAN’s non-stick square roasting pan, or any other ovenproof pan that can accommodate its size.
