A brick chicken cooker will give you tender and juicy baked chicken, every time. Made of terracotta, this brick cooker provides a weight which pushes the moisture into the middle of your chicken as it cooks, giving you maximum flavour and juiciness. 

This cooking method also gives the meat a browned appearance, but for an extra golden finish, take the lid off for a few minutes at the end of cooking. This brick cooker isn’t just for chicken – use it for lamb shanks, or vegetables too.

This brick chicken cooker has a 30cm diameter and is 5cm in depth including the lid.

For the first time soak the pot and lid in water for 12-24 hours, this will help prevent the skin of the chicken from sticking. To avoid thermal shock it is recommended to use a low and gradual heat. Do not use a high temperature or high flame straight away.

Can be used on stovetops, oven and microwave. Dishwasher safe.
