SCANPAN’s classic wok has a durable non-stick coating. You can fry at very high temperatures and food won’t stick or burn. In addition to stir frying, you can use the wok for braising, simmering and steaming.

The wok is hand-cast in recycled aluminium. It’s oven safe up to 250°C.

SCANPAN’s Stratanium+ coating lets you cook with very little fat or oil. This resilient coating prevents food from sticking and makes the pan ultra-durable and easy to clean. It can even withstand the use of metal utensils!

Oven safe. Hand washing recommended. Avoid the use of aerosol cooking sprays which can leave a residue on your cookware.
