Seven sheets of premium nori seaweed. This gold grade, or gold nori, is tissue paper-thin and deep black in colour. The roasted nori sheets are perfect for making maki rolls or wrapping onigiri rice balls.

The 20 x 20 cm squares are made from the finest, young seaweed crops. Compared with slightly more brittle, everyday nori sheets, they are easier to roll, and slowly dissolve on the tongue.
