Perello’s flaked salt olive oil crackers are a delicious snack to enjoy with a cold beer or glass of cava. Regañás are traditional crackers from Andalucia. In southern Spain, they are often served at mealtimes in place of fresh bread. Cut and shaped by hand, they are made with extra virgin olive oil which gives them a rich flavour and crisp, crunchy texture.
