The Opinel essential beech handle kitchen knives collection features four high quality kitchen knives to see you through most everyday tasks. Included in the set are:

• Paring Knife – slice small fruits and vegetables or cut the eyes from potatoes
• Serrated Knife – ideal for slicing through softer ingredients like tomatoes without squashing them
• Vegetable Knife – with a curved blade and unique serrated section on the back of the knife for cleaning and scraping
• Peeler – classic peeler for fruits and vegetables

The modified Sandvik stainless-steel blades have a high carbon content, for excellent cutting quality and resistance to corrosion. The beechwood for the handle is from ethically sourced forests, and is varnished for resistance to water.
