Ooni’s oak logs are sustainably sourced and free from additives and chemicals. They burn for longer than other fuel sources and infuse your food with natural smoky flavours. The logs are kiln-dried for a low moisture content and minimal ash.
The 13cm logs are the perfect size for Ooni Karu ovens. These portable ovens can cook a pizza in just 60 seconds. They’re a great addition to your outdoor cooking set-up. Karu ovens can burn five or six pieces of kindling at a time, delivering consistent heat.
The logs may be different shapes and sizes but they will all fit inside your Ooni oven.
