With this dough tools set, you can prepare dough like a professional pizza maker. It’s produced by Ooni, who make some of the UK’s best portable pizza ovens.

The set contains:

• 1 x dough scraper
• 1 x easy-lift dough spatula
• 1 x dough-mixing spatula

Ooni uses a double-moulding process to create tools that are strong but flexible. They can handle thick, sticky dough with ease. Use them to mix, cut and lift your pizza dough. The bench scraper is great for cleaning down your work surface.

The tools are made from food-safe polypropylene with a matte finish. The flat, stackable design is great for kitchens with limited storage space.

Ooni dough tools are not intended to be used for cooking. Do not expose them to temperatures higher than 70°C.

Dishwasher safe. Not oven safe (only for preparing dough). After cleaning, dry completely before storing.
