The Midori sushi serving set is a beautiful gift for sushi lovers. Use it to serve California rolls and nigiri with salmon or shrimp. The stoneware plates and sauce dishes have a traditional textured finish. 

Midori means ‘green’ in Japanese - a reference to the pale green streak at the centre of each item.

Made in Japan, each set includes:

• 2 x rectangular serving plates
• 2 x small sauce dishes
• 2 x wooden chopsticks

Present homemade or store-bought sushi on the elegant serving plates. Place pickled ginger and wasabi in one corner, as they do in Japan. Fill the smaller dishes with soy sauce for dipping.

The plates can also be used to serve gyoza, tempura or spring rolls.
