Korean Pantry Dumpling Sauce, 250ml

The Korean Pantry dumpling sauce has an addictive sweet-sharp flavour. It’s delicious on all kinds of grilled and steamed dumplings. Serve it as a dip for Korean mandu, Japanese gyoza or Chinese xiao long bao.

The sauce is made with gluten-free soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and chilli. The tangy, salty taste is fantastic with steamed dumplings like har gow. You can also serve it as a dip for shabu shabu (Japanese hot pot).

For an easy take-to-work lunch, add a splash of dumpling sauce to a noodle salad.

The dumpling sauce is vegan-friendly and gluten-free.

Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and consume within eight weeks.
