What is Soju?

Soju is the most popular liquor in Korea. This colourless and clear spirit is made from distilled rice and grains and has a clean and pure ethanol flavour. Some Soju is also made from potatoes and starches, as a result of when using rice to produce it was banned. How do I drink Soju?
