Japanese Mandoline

This Japanese mandoline makes fine cutting of fruits and vegetables easy. Achieve any dimension or style of sliced vegetables with this easily adjustable Mandoline. It is efficient and precise in both professional and home kitchens. 

This mandoline comes with three types of blade for different finishes and slices. Use the fine tooth blades for fruits or salad cucumbers and radishes. It gives long and fine slices. The medium tooth is perfect for stir-fry vegetables, from carrots to cabbage. The larger tooth blades work wonderfully for chopping tougher vegetables such as onion and grated potato.
