This gourmet spread is flavoured with honey, mustard and dill. It gets its sweet-sour tang from Terra del Tuono’s white balsamic condiment. Fragrant and beautifully balanced, it can be used as a condiment or dressing.

Use this spread as a glaze for roast pork or add a spoonful to a rich jus. It’s equally delicious with fish and roasted vegetables. The heat of mustard is tempered by honey’s mellow sweetness.

Serve the spread as a condiment for fresh and aged cheeses. It’s a delicious alternative to classic chutneys. We like to spread it on crusty bread for a next-level chicken sandwich. Add a handle of rocket and shaved parmesan, if you like.

This spread is made by Acetaia Terra del Tuono. Based in Emilia-Romagna, they have been producing balsamic vinegar since 1892.
