Use this wooden sushi mould to make stunning sushi at home. The solid rectangular mould is designed to shape oshizushi (pressed sushi with tasty toppings).

To make your sushi, first line the mould with clingfilm. Fill it with seasoned sushi rice and top with vegetables or smoked salmon. Wrap the clingfilm over the top of the rice and push down gently with the top lid.

This will compress your sushi into a neat rectangular block. The mould has equally spaced grooves so you can expertly slice your sushi.
