Chicken tikka masala is believed to have been invented in Glasgow. The mildly spiced curry was created by a Scottish-Pakistani chef hoping to appeal to local palates.

Gymkhana’s cooking sauce takes the crowd-pleasing curry to new heights. It’s smooth and velvety with notes of earthy cumin and coriander. The mild heat level is suitable for all kinds of curry lovers. You can add chillies at the table if you prefer it a little hotter.
