Gymkhana Tandoori Onion Chutney, 220ml

The chutney is made with tandoor-roasted onions that are ground by hand. The sweet, smoky onions are tempered with ginger, curry leaves and black onion seeds.

Try Gymkhana’s recipe for chilli cheese and onion toast:

  1. Mix the chutney with grated cheese, finely chopped onion, chilli, coriander, black pepper and an egg.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on white bread.
  3. Cook for 5-7 minutes under the grill until the cheese is melted and golden.
  4. Cut into triangles and serve with leftover chutney for dipping.
