Grand Rubren’s wild strawberry aperitif is bursting with berry flavour. Produced in France, it’s made with white wine and a wild strawberry infusion. Serve the sweet and tangy liqueur over ice with a few mint leaves. It’s a wonderful way to awaken the palate before dinner.

This liqueur captures the sweet, fruity flavour of wild strawberries. It’s delicious on its own or added to a glass of crémant or Champagne. You can also add it to desserts or drizzle it over fruit salad.

Ideal for cocktail making, strawberry liqueur adds summer sweetness to daiquiris and mojitos. To make a Rossini, muddle strawberries in a shaker and add lemon juice and strawberry liqueur. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass. Top with prosecco, stir gently and garnish with a sliced strawberry.
