Frantoio Muraglia olive oil needs little introduction. Produced in Puglia, their medium fruity oil is beloved by chefs around the world. Now, it’s available in a ceramic bottle with a Mediterranean fruit design.

This extra virgin olive oil is made with 100% Coratina olives. It’s vivid green with a fresh, herbal aroma. On the palate, there are vegetal notes followed by a spicy finish.

Coratina olives are native to Puglia, where the Frantoio Muraglia groves are located. They contain three times more polyphenols than other varieties. This gives the oil its peppery flavour and hint of astringency.

Drizzle this exceptional oil over salads and seafood dishes. It’s best used as a finishing oil, added at the end of cooking. The fruity flavour complements raw and lightly cooked vegetables. Add a splash to wilted greens or swirl it over a caprese salad.

The yellow bottle is decorated with colourful fruit motifs. As well as being beautiful to look at, opaque ceramic keeps the olive oil tasting its best. It protects it from exposure to light – one of the biggest causes of deteriorating flavour in olive oil.
