Dudu Master Chilli Oil, 190ml
Dudu Eats Master Chilli Oil is a fiery, umami-rich condiment. It’s cooked slowly to deepen its rich, spicy flavour. You can drizzle it over almost anything. It gives stir fries and dipping sauces a satisfying kick.
This Asian condiment gets its heat from dried chilli flakes. The naturally fermented base is made with shallots, garlic, soy sauce and shiitake mushrooms. Roasted peanuts add crunch to every spoonful.
Dudu Eats chilli oil is fragrant and pleasantly spicy. Add a spoonful to a noodle soup or spoon it over dumplings. It’s a great way to spice up vegetable dishes and fried rice. We like to drizzle it over eggs and pizza.
Dudu Eats chilli oil is handmade in small batches by a mother-and-daughter duo. It’s the brainchild of Romany Henry, a culinary-trained chef and food content creator. She was born in Hong Kong and raised in Phuket. Now living in London, Romany shares her passion for food and travel on social media.
