Use the beech wood crepe spreader to get wafer-thin, circular crepes.

Pour your crepe batter into the middle of a hot crepe pan. Now use the crepe spreader to push the batter in a circular motion around the pan. If the size of your pan allows, it’s best to use the spreader just off-centre.

The beech wood crepe spreader is 21cm long and 14cm wide.
