Alpenzu’s fig preserve is a fruit jam, made with 75% fresh figs for a sweet, honeyed flavour. This no added sugar preserve has a little grape juice concentrate added for a balanced sweetness, and extra burst of fruity flavour. This Italian jam is excellent paired with goat’s cheese, brie or nutty Alpines cheeses. Alternatively, serve it with toasted sourdough, or as a filling for almond cakes.
