The wooden bakers’ board has lip that fits over the edge of your work surface, so it doesn’t slip around when you’re kneading bread or pastry dough. The large board also gives you plenty of space to work in.

The wooden bakers’ board is 60cm long and 40cm wide, and is made from untreated lime wood. This will darken over time, especially if left in sunlight.

Wipe down with a damp cloth before first use and after each subsequent use. Do not soak.
