Valrhona Jivara milk chocolate couverture has rich creamy and caramelised notes - with a touch of malt and brown sugar to enhance the complexity of the chocolate. The velvety Jivara chocolate contains a minimum of 40% cocoa solids. The individually moulded couverture chocolate chips are perfect for baking as they're easy to weigh out and very quick to melt with their trademark Valrhona feves or bean shape.
