The baking trays are coated with Americoat®, a superior non-stick silicone, so food doesn’t stick and clean-up is a breeze.

Do not exceed 230°C / 450°F. Hand wash in warm water with mild dishwashing soap, rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not place in dishwasher. Avoid sharp metal utensils.
