The USA PAN baking tray and cooling rack is the ideal non-stick bakeware set for busy home cooks. With a steel rack that fits neatly into the baking tray, it’s designed to make cookies, cakes and scones that bake evenly and taste fantastic.

Used together, the set is ideal for keeping food elevated while it’s cooking so that fat and oil drips into the tray below. It’s perfect for grilled fish, breaded chicken and crispy bacon. The rack has a steel cross design with raised feet to maximise air flow and ensure uniform cooling. You can use it to cool cakes and cookies and also as a decorating surface - any excess glaze or icing will drip off onto the tray.

Both the cooling rack and baking tray are coated with Americoat®, a superior non-stick silicone that allows your baked goods to release easily and makes clean-up a breeze.

Do not exceed 230°C / 450°F. Hand wash in warm water with mild dishwashing soap, rinse and dry thoroughly. Avoid sharp metal utensils. Baking rack is dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended.
