The underside of the lid is ridged so that steam collects and falls back into the pot. This locks in moisture and flavour while your dish cooks. The pan has a pouring rim designed for drip-free pouring and draining.
This Dutch oven is rust resistant and easy to clean. UNILLOY’s thin but durable iron is half the weight of standard cast iron. You can move the pan around the hob and lift it in and out of the oven with ease.
UNILLOY cookware is compatible with all stove tops, including gas and induction. The Dutch oven is oven-safe up to 250°C.
