Use ultratex to produce the perfect consistency for bone broth stocks, pure fruit juices and silky ice creams. The gluten-free instant thickening starch can be added to both hot and cold liquids without forming lumps or affecting the final flavour or colour.

Follow the below instructions for using ultratex:

• Add gradually until preferred consistency is achieved.
• The hydration of ultratex is rapid so it thickens very quickly.
• Ideally leave it for five minutes or so as the consistency will continue thickening slightly as the starch swells.
• Typical dosage levels in liquid systems: 1-5%.
