Rummo Bolognese Vegetable Sauce, 340g

Rummo’s Bolognese vegetable sauce is a lighter take on the classic ragu. Made without meat, it’s perfect for speedy suppers.

Rummo is one of Italy’s most popular pasta brands. Their sauces are made with the same care and quality ingredients as their dried pasta. Heat the ragu in a pan, add cooked pasta and dinner is ready!

This flavourful ragu uses soy protein instead of beef or pork mince. It’s cooked slowly with onions, carrots, celery and ripe tomatoes. The sauce is lighter than the meaty original but with a satisfying savoury flavour.

Rummo’s vegetable ragu is perfect for busy days. Keep it in your store cupboard for a quick-fix Italian supper. Top with grated Parmesan or your favourite vegetarian alternative.

Serve this ragu with tagliatelle or Rummo’s rigatoni. The sauce clings to the ridges so every mouthful is as delicious as the last.
