Littlepod pure chocolate extract is a natural flavouring made from Ivory Coast cocoa beans, used in tiramisu, brownies, sponges and mousses. This chocolate extract adds an extra chocolate intensity to make different desserts and puddings stand out from the crowd.

Unlike single-compound, artificial essences, this extract is layered with 250 natural aroma compounds resulting in depth and complexity. While most chocolate extracts have sugar-syrup bases, Littlepod's is mixed with a small amount of alcohol which evaporates during cooking, leaving clean flavours suitable in both savoury and sweet dishes.
