Morelli Tricolore Fusilli, 500g

The colours are 100% natural. Morelli uses dehydrated spinach and beetroot to create shades of red and green. The colours are inspired by the Italian flag.

Morelli uses an artisan method of reincorporating wheat germ into semolina. It gives their pasta a unique flavour and aroma, similar to toasted wheat.

Morelli pasta is bronze-drawn and dried slowly at low temperatures. This is the secret to the rough surface that helps sauces to cling.

Cooking time: 9 minutes.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from cereals.
