You can add dried rosemary directly to your dish. Or, mix it with olive oil and garlic to marinate meat before grilling. It’s an instant flavour boost for roast chicken and beef. Try scattering it over trays of vegetables before they go into the oven.

Rosemary is fantastic for baked goods, too. We like to sprinkle it over flatbreads and focaccia dough.
