The rose pieces are crystallised in sugar syrup for added sweetness. They have a delicate flavour and floral aroma. They’re ideal for decorating baked goods, truffles and patisserie. Scatter the pink pieces over cake pops or pistachio ice cream.

Crystallised rose pieces are great for cocktails, too. Use them to garnish a Clover Club or a pink gin and tonic.

Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
