Organic strawberry jam from Isabel and Biagio in southeast Spain. Made with 85% fruit and 40% less sugar than the norm, expect a traditional soft-set. Pourable, we recommend putting it in the fridge before eating for flavour and consistency.

Strawberry jam is a family favourite for breakfast and baking. Spread it on toast and scones or add a generous dollop to rice pudding. Use it to make a jam roly-poly or a comforting steamed pudding. It makes a delicious filling for tarts and Victoria sponge cakes.
