Kalios petimezi balsamic is aged in oak barrels for five years. It’s velvety smooth with low acidity - perfect for glazes and everyday drizzling.

Petimezi is Corinthian grape must, also known as grape molasses. Kalios adds it to the vinegar at the end of the ageing process. This is what gives the balsamic its sweet, rounded finish.

Kalios balsamic has a complex, sweet-sour flavour. Taste it on its own to discover notes of honey, quince and red fruit. It’s wonderful in a vinaigrette or splashed over ripe tomatoes.

A dash of balsamic adds complexity to stews and tomato sauce. Add it near the end of cooking to give braised meat dishes a bit of a lift. The bright, tangy notes cut through their slow cooked richness.

Kalios balsamic is made without additives or added sugar.
