De Buyer Lyonnaise Chestnut Pan
The De Buyer Lyonnaise chestnut pan lets you roast chestnuts the traditional way – over hot coals in your fireplace, on the barbecue or even in a campfire.
The chestnut pan is made from very thin blued iron. Blued iron has temporary resistance to rust and corrosion, so you can use it straight away. The very thin metal heats up quickly, so always use protective gloves to pick up the pan when in use.
After each use, clean with a stiff bristled pot brush and use a piece of kitchen towel to apply a thin layer of oil. The De Buyer Lyonnaise chestnut pan is 28cm in diameter with a 21.5cm handle. Only suitable for use over hot coals.
NOT dishwasher safe.
