Cool Chile Co’s white masa harina is an essential ingredient for making Mexican tortillas. This gluten-free flour is made from 100% non-GMO ground corn with the purest corn flavour and fine texture. ‘Masa harina’ directly translates as ‘dough flour’, and as well as tortilla wraps, it is used to make the dough for traditional tamales, antojitos and gorditas.
