Cookut’s stainless steel bain marie is a sleek bowl for gentle cooking. Designed to perfectly fit the Cookut 24cm Dutch oven, this bowl is ideal for melting chocolate and making sauces. 

To use this bowl, half-fill your Dutch oven with water and bring it to the boil. Place chocolate, butter or other solid fats like cocoa butter and coconut oil, directly in the bain marie to gently melt them. You can also use it for making delicate egg-based sauces like hollandaise, or zabaglione desserts.

The stainless steel side handle lets you keep the bowl from wobbling while it’s set over the boiling water. Use this handle to lift the bain marie off the pan once your chocolate or sauce is ready.

This stainless steel bain marie is compatible with the Cookut 24cm Dutch oven.

This bain marie is dishwasher safe.
