Bomba paella rice is a short-grained variety, used to make perfect paella. Grown in the Ebro delta in northeast Spain, this rice absorbs up to three times its weight in liquid, meaning it takes on the flavour of cooking stock, making for a beautifully creamy textured paella which is rich in flavour.

The other great quality of this rice is that each grain is distinct from the other and holds its shape well, for a fantastic, loose texture.
