Abbae de Queiles is an organic olive oil produced in northern Spain, by award-winning producers Hacienda Queiles. Made with early harvest Arbequina olives, it has a fresh and balanced flavour.

ABBAE de Queiles Organic Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil is available in two sizes:

This aromatic oil has a velvety mouthfeel and complex taste. On the nose, there are aromas of apples, almonds and freshly cut grass. Taste a little on its own to enjoy its smooth, rounded flavour. It’s mild and fruity with minimal bitterness.

Drizzle this cold-pressed olive oil over watercress and peppery radishes. It’s delicious in dressings and dips with herbs and garlic. As its flavour is quite subtle, we like to use it as a finishing oil, rather than for cooking.

A swirl of Abbae de Queiles olive oil can enhance all sorts of dishes. Try swirling it over chilled soups like gazpacho and salmorejo. Or, serve it in small bowls with fresh bread and manchego cheese.

Store in a cool and dry place, away from heat and direct sunlight.
